Bright light. I used to have to get up before the sun was up (baker) and the only thing that forced me to move was to blind myself by flicking the light on right away. Getting up to go to the bathroom right away helped, too, because getting out of bed to pee as to just getting up is a lot easier.

Something that I've learned in my 24 years is that if you have something to say, say it nicely. If you can't say it nicely, than don't say it at all. It seems a lot of your commenters haven't figured this one out yet. You're so mature when you respond! Keep blogging!

Reading a book does bring you to sleep, but I think it is not advisable to read books on bed too often. You might develop a habit of being awake on bed, making you harder to fall asleep on your bed.

Well, there's the whole 'factory farming is bad' thing that still applies. Oh, and the 'environmental' thing. Oh and you know, not completely half-assing your 'compassion for animals' thing. But other than that, I can't think of much.

I don't mind the white iPhone, but I agree totally that now is just a stupid time to buy one. The next one will be here in a few months. I'd rather wait for an upgraded phone, rather than just a white cover...
